- Talent Evaluation: Assess creator fit based on brand alignment, audience demographics, content quality, engagement metrics, and growth trajectory.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential influencers and communicate the value of joining our talent network or management roster.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted prospects and provide detailed insights to the Talent Management team for follow-up.
- Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends, new social platforms, and viral moments to spot emerging creators early.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Managers to understand their needs and ensure smooth handover of new signings.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on scouting activity, outreach performance, and influencer landscape insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in influencer scouting, talent acquisition, or similar roles within the creator economy or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and networking skills - confident in outreach and building relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for discovering new talent.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer culture, and digital marketing.
