Creator Manager

The Role
As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the careers of our incredible roster of Content Creators. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with your roster, ensuring all their goals as Creators are met and driving business growth through the execution of long term client business plans.
You’ll need to be super passionate about the digital landscape, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of delivering creative and performance strategies for Creators. You'll collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure your roster are having all their needs fulfilled and play a pivotal role in their growth and development as an online personality and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your roster of Content Creators.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Creators to understand their goals, challenges and creative vision.
- Help develop customised and bespoke business and creative plans for each Creator in alignment with departmental growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Creators and department lead to set and track KPIs, growth targets and monetisation strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external suppliers to ensure effective execution of Creator business plans.
- Monitor and report on Creator content performance, delivering regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and Creators.
- Advocate and route for Creators internally, ensuring their needs and perspectives are considered in broader business strategy discussions and decisions.
- Stay on top of current content trends, platform updates and the digital creator economy to remain informed on strategy and innovation opportunities.
- Manage deliverables and workflows to ensure smooth execution of Creator initiatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, celebrate successes, and provide constructive feedback, creating personalised development plans for team members.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages recognition of achievements and promotes continuous learning and improvement.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Creator or Talent Management, content/creative strategy, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Creator economy, digital platforms and content trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build trust and rapport with a wide range of creators and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to both develop and execute growth and content plans tailed to individual Content Creators.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators and their strategies simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external suppliers.
- Analytical skills to collate and organise performance data and draw insights and optimisations from them.
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful with a proven passion for digital content, creator culture and innovation within the creator economy.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced and ever-evolving environments while being able to balance creative vision with business objectives.
