Talent Executive

The Role
As a Talent Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for our company. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms. Your goal is to leverage these relationships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Experience -Minimum of 12 months of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or related roles.
Knowledge - Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer culture, and content trends. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
Creativity - A creative mindset to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analytical Skills - Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Able to interpret campaign results and make data-driven decisions.
Organisational Skills - Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Adaptability - Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of social media and influencer marketing.
Influencer Identification - Conduct research to identify potential influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing objectives. Utilise social media listening tools and platforms to track industry trends and discover emerging influencers.
Influencer Support - Manage a small roster of existing talent and support across bookings for the wider roster of talent.
Outreach and Relationship Building - Establish and maintain positive relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration. Negotiate terms and contracts with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, and timelines.
Content Creation Guidance - Provide guidance and direction to influencers on content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand's image and messaging. Monitor content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal regulations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends - Keep up to date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices. Apply this knowledge to continuously improve influencer marketing strategies.
Compliance and Legal Awareness - Ensure that all influencer partnerships adhere to legal guidelines, disclosure requirements, and advertising regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
